MY RESPONSE:

Who is a democrat anyway? Hitler who exterminated millions of people?  The Western countries that caused and fought the First and Second World Wars? The Queen of England who has inherited enormous wealth by virtue of being "born queen" and without an election? George Walker Bush who plunged Iraq into the unprecedented chaos? Mobutu whom the Americans "bought" and maintained in order to check the rise of Russian-type regimes in the neighbourhood? Or is it George Walker Bush who snatched the American presidency from Al Gore in what has become the most controversial American presidential election to date?

You used the word, "dictator" to describe Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni. That is the word used by Western powers to run down leaders from the rest of the world. "Power drunk" or "power hungry", I agree. But linguistically speaking, the word "dictator" has lost its lustre and glow and has become a mere cliche.
