One of
Cameroon`s most regular columnists is launching a new book on Friday 11 July
2014. The writer, Bouddih Adams, is launching a collection of poems entitled Lines of Times (Songs of Freedom). The
launch is taking place at the National
Social Insurance Fund Hall at Mile 17 in Buea.
Lines of Times is presented as “a collection of
poems treating issues in the Cameroonian society and beyond. The poems incise
the decaying society while preferring hope – if the wrongs were righted. The issues
treated transcend politics, economics and socio-cultural realms, human
relationships, the deeds and misdeeds of humanity, while evoking debate in the
public space and, at the same time crusading for a sane and safe society.”
Prior to the present book, Bouddih published Self Actualization (Musings and Jottings).
