The whereabouts of the doctors that ought to be in Bangem are explained in some  musical chairs fashion by The Guardian Post says the Chief Medical Officer is currently undergoing specialization in Ukraine, while the Medical Officer was transferred to the Bakassi area. A new doctor who was appointed to the Bangem District Hospital has not yet arrived to take up his functions.
